Quarantine Core Exercises pt 1

One of my favourite exercises is the Turkish Get-Up, however when you first come across it, the technique can get a bit much to remember in one go.


So today we're introducing you to the 'Quarter-Getup to Elbow'. This is a fantastic exercise that you can easily make progress with, even in the absence any equipment.


Once you're comfortable with the basic technique with no weight, try balancing something, like a shoe, on your fist. It'll surprise you how challenging that can be and is super effective at maintaining good technique by keeping your top arm properly vertical.


If you're feeling adventurous after trying something like a shoe, a cup of water can be a true challenge!
