One of the most common requests that hit my inbox, or my ears at social gatherings, is a request for some form of meal or nutrition plan.
I'm in a field where this is my job to have a greater than normal level of understanding about such things. Unfortunately when ever this discussion comes up I am quite often found disappointing those asking for help by refusing such a request.
Now, I'm not a dick about it, I just don't think meal plans work very well for 99% of us, also nutrition science is extremely complex so writing meal plans should be left to dieticians alone. So in it's place, I offer my philosophy for eating well and then when they want something concrete they can take home, I discuss my secret weapon.
However, I have found a loophole to appease the masses and give them all the information and help they need to take control of their nutrition in the format they desire!
This resource is like no other, and quite frankly it is amazing that this is free. I have used this online calculator countless times for some amazing results for both myself and my wonderful members.
