SHOULD I GET FIT BEFORE STARTING

This is one we hear a lot and this simple answer is absolutely not! Come as you are and we will help you get fitter if that is your goal. We pride ourselves with meeting you where you are, meaning everything we do will be tailored to your current level so no need to worry about falling behind!

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM?

Ideally, yes, but it's not a deal breaker. We do offer options for those who aren't keen on heading to the local gym to train. Our Garage Gym Hero program can be customised to your skill level and environment.

TO TRAIN WITH YOU, DO I NEED TO JOIN JETTS FITNESS?

Absolutely not, but we would love to have you join our community inside of Jetts Bunbury. If this just isn't possible for you we do have several options which should still get you the results you're looking for- Including Online-Training through the TrueCoach app!

DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS?

No, for two good reasons, one being that I'm not a registered dietician (and that's really important as they're the only ones who should do meal plans). Secondly, I don't think they're the best method for taking control of your diet for most of the population.

Instead we offer the Nutrition Plus Program, which puts you in the driver seat by empowering you to understand your food habits and make positive and sustainable changes to your diet.

If you think this is what you need just mention Nutrition Plus in your enquiry and we will take care of you! 

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?

It depends on the goal and the person. If you show up to the gym 3 times per week, 52 weeks of the year you will be amazed with the results. We understand that the hardest part about going to the gym is actually showing up. Get through that barrier and you'll be well on your way.

For some people, attending a few more times may be necessary to achieve a certain goal, but this is a good starting point.

Regardless of the gym we do recommend that you intentionally exercise for a minimum of 30minutes every day.

AM I LOCKED IN TO A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

Nope! We ask for a minimum commitment of 12 weeks for your training with us. Anything short of this and you won't see the result you want. Beyond that you are free to choose the best options for you. We trust that you'll enjoy your time with us, but if not you are free to go hassle free.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?

Absolutely! We want to help as many people as we can so if you have anyone in mind who may benefit from some exercise, bring them on down! 
(We do ask for a bit of a heads up if this is the case so we can plan for it and give the best possible service.)
